The residential seminar sector continues to adapt to new market demands, particularly regarding corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ecological impact. Companies are prioritizing venues that offer clear carbon footprints and eco-friendly mobility solutions for their events. Domaines & événements, led by Nicolas Tommasini, stands out for its human-centric vision, promoting conviviality and outdoor activities. Furthermore, players like Iconic House and The Collectionist offer exclusive seminars, emphasizing personalization, with tailor-made services for various groups.
People must be at the heart of our offering. It's about providing that natural convivial atmosphere that allows us to 'gather to unite.' Nicolas Tommasini, Domaines & événements
Quote from the KPMG Pulse article:
– Robin Michel, co-founder ofIconic House, aims to "apply luxury hospitality standards to residential seminars" by offering a highly personalized experience.
Each house (5 in 2024, in Courchevel, Hossegor, Cap Ferret, Les Baux-de-Provence, and Gordes) features a "house manager" who ensures the well-being of participants and the success of each seminar.
– For its seminar offerings, The Collectionist, which is primarily a high-end real estate rental platform, leverages its concierge expertise to meet client requests (private chef, renowned mixologist, boat privatization, etc.).
– In the same vein, seminars organized in villas offered by Homanie, a collection of exceptional homes and private mansions, include a full hotel service that can comprise a chef, a coach, and a "house manager".
– The Oasis House, which has a collection of three country houses an hour from Paris and in the heart of Beaujolais, co-creates each seminar with companies based on their preferences and participants' needs. A wide variety of activities are offered, aimed at improving participants' well-being and fostering better team cohesion (laughter yoga, perfume creation, personal development coaching, etc.). Camille Personnat, co-founder of The Oasis House, emphasizes the need to meet "growing demands for personalization and well-being in the seminar sector".
– Created in 2020, the collection Domaines & événements allows companies to fully privatize chateau estates an hour from Paris, ranging from 4 to 10 hectares and for groups of up to 300 people, and offers various activities (rally, treasure hunt, mountain biking, etc.).
